Refund Policy

Returned Goods/Cancelled Orders

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

You have the right to cancel or return your order under the Distance Selling Regulation however; refunds may not be given for items that have been specifically ordered for a customer, or cut to customers requested measurements or returned in a state considered not to be re-saleable. Items must be returned and received within 14 days from the day of dispatch and in a resalable condition for a refund to be given. We reserve the right to make up to a 30% handling charge on some returns.

Foam Returns

We expect that our product and service will meet your high expectations.

In the unlikely event of having to return an item, please contact us on info@advancedupholstery.co.uk with more details so we can expect the return parcel.

Unfortunately, any item which has been cut-to-size based on your specifications cannot be returned. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Any non cut-to-size products can be returned at the buyer’s expense and would be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Of course, if there are any problems with your order, contact us immediately and we’ll put it right, straight away!
