Our high-density reconstituted foam sheets are manufactured from recycled foam offcuts, making them an eco-friendly and extremely durable choice for a wide range of upholstery and commercial applications. Foam trimmings from cushion and mattress production are carefully granulated and bonded together under pressure to create a firm, heavy-duty foam block.

The result is a strong, long-lasting foam that offers significantly more firmness and support than standard upholstery foam. This makes it ideal for high-impact or heavy-use environments where durability is essential.
