Very helpfully provided a new spring to replace broken one on chair.

The quantity to buy was advised by the website calculator. We have a considerable amount left over, - wasteful. Packages separated. Second package delivered a week after first one. Resulted in delay in completing fitting.

Just collected two sofa cushions from Hugh at Advanced. The sofa was only purchased a few weeks ago from DFS, at the time of purchase the seat cushions felt firm however after a few weeks these felt uncomfortable. So I dropped off at Advanced for firmer fillings, superb turnaround ie 4 days and now very happy with the seat cushions. I can’t fault Hugh or his commitment to his customers……..first class service

This company comes across as so picky about what they can do despite their advertising. They respond to a query promptly but do not say WHY they do not want the work. Why advertise in the vein they do then? They might have received a better review if they had said what their problem was.

Hugh has carried out two jobs for us, reupholstering a sofabed..which with a new mattress has given it a new lease of life. Great work, looks fantastic. Then, we'd made a mistake on the filling of the cushions in our new sofa..deep and soft ..but uncomfortable and impossible to get out of..was thinking i"d have to buy a brand new sofa..but again, Hugh rep
laced the cushion material, refilled the back cushions and rescued the situation. The arrangemnts for pick up and return were great too..his guys timely and efficient. Highly recommended..many thx hugh

I was only looking to get 1 sofa done but after seeing how great the larger sofa looked Iv decided to get the other one done. They look brand new, possibly even better than when they were brand new. There service is first class. Asked if I had an idea of the sizes of the cushions which I gave. Said what the price would be approximately. Phoned to say when they would arrived at the house to pick the cushions up. I informed then when they came to pick them up I measured one wrong and I would accept the new price.

Audrey and Hugh were a joy to work with. I had my much loved sofa and 2 ebay purchased mid century chairs fully reupholstered. Audrey showed extreme patience with my fabric decision and really engaged in my design decisions and actually came out to my house twice with her fabric books to accommodate my working pattern. The pick ups and drops off were exactly as promised and the final workmanship was excellent. They have a good range of fabrics and the prices were very reasonable. I am so pleased I took the punt to save my sofa!

I went in to this business to ask if they could help and everything was explained fully and I was shown the materials that would be used. Called Advanced Upholstery Services last week and arranged for them to sort out our sofa cushions. Took one set down this morning and got them back within 2 hours, took the second set down and again got them back in record time. Great service - they couldn’t have been more helpful, great prices and very friendly staff! I would definitely recommend trying them out for yourself, they’ve certainly given our sofa a new lease of life!

I wish everyone else operated with such professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness and honesty and provided such high quality items. Replacement seat pads have made our old sofas look and feel better than when brand new and they advised against additional items which we didn't need. I recommend this company 100% and will be using them again.

Bought some firm foam inserts for our couch with the Dacron add on.
Not even a month of use and they’ve gone flat and lumpy and how our 8+ year foam seats went.
